Tips from owners

Small things that make a difference with the Wellgard Collagen Powder:

• •Give it a full first charge or setup cycle before judging performance.
• •Use the settings as intended rather than defaulting to maximum.
• •Keep the original packaging for the first 30 days in case you return it.
• •Buy any spares at the same time — they're often cheaper bundled.

Looking after it

Get the most out of the Wellgard Collagen Powder by treating it as Wellgard intends: keep it clean and dry between uses, store it away from heat, and follow the manual for any replaceable parts. Most negative reviews of health & personal care products come down to maintenance rather than manufacturing.

• •Clean after each use rather than weekly.
• •Store in the case or box it came with.
• •Replace consumable parts on schedule, not when they fail.
• •Keep the receipt and register the warranty where offered.
