Why this guide

Whether to buy now or hold for a sale.

We track the Microsoft Surface Pro 13 (12th Edition) on Amazon UK, where it holds 4.6/5 from 94 ratings. Everything below comes from the listing, the spec sheet and buyer feedback.

Price and value in the UK

Amazon UK moves the price of the Microsoft Surface Pro 13 (12th Edition) regularly, so we link to the live listing instead of quoting a figure that goes stale. Judge value against what you'd pay for a comparable computers product with the same rating volume — 94 ratings at 4.6/5 is a meaningful sample.

Should you upgrade?

If your current computers kit still does the job, the honest answer is usually to wait for a price drop. Upgrade to the Microsoft Surface Pro 13 (12th Edition) when your existing one is failing, or when a feature here solves a problem you actually have — not just because it's newer.
